You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating successful transactions across various commercial property sectors. Qualifications:
- Identifying and pursuing new business leads for commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family sectors.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and other industry professionals.
- Conducting market research and analysis to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Preparing compelling property listings, marketing materials, and presentations for prospective clients and buyers/tenants.
- Coordinating and facilitating property tours (virtually or in-person as needed, adhering to safety protocols).
- Negotiating lease and sale agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Guiding clients through the entire transaction process, from initial consultation to closing.
- Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to manage client interactions and track leads.
- Staying informed about local, regional, and national real estate market dynamics and economic factors.
- Advising clients on real estate investment strategies and property management best practices.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., legal counsel, lenders) to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate broker license in Georgia, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate principles and practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closing lease and sales transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
- Familiarity with various commercial property types and investment strategies.
- A passion for real estate and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- This is a fully remote position. While flexibility is key, occasional in-person meetings or property visits may be required, depending on client needs and location. The primary work will be conducted digitally from your home office.
