Job Description
Our client, a highly reputable commercial real estate firm, is seeking an accomplished and driven Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker to join their fully remote team. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successfully closing significant commercial property transactions. You will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, identifying investment and leasing opportunities, conducting market analysis, and negotiating complex deals. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote setting.

- Generate and close commercial real estate transactions, including sales, leases, and property acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market research.
- Analyze market trends, property values, and investment potential to advise clients effectively.
- Prepare and present comprehensive market reports, property analyses, and financial projections.
- Lead negotiations for purchase agreements, lease contracts, and other real estate-related documents.
- Collaborate with legal counsel, lenders, appraisers, and other advisors to facilitate transactions.
- Manage the entire transaction process from initial client contact through closing.
- Stay abreast of commercial real estate market dynamics, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Market properties effectively through various channels, including online platforms, direct outreach, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed established sales and leasing targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our client's services and offerings to best serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate Broker license in the relevant state(s).
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.
- Proven track record of closing significant transaction volumes and generating substantial revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets, property types (office, retail, industrial, multifamily), and transaction processes.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM software and market analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage a demanding schedule, and thrive in a results-oriented, remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
