Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management.
- Proven experience in a remote operational role.
- Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and fleet management software.
- Strong understanding of dispatching, routing, and scheduling principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.

- Knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS requirements.
