Our client, a leading national logistics and delivery provider, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Fleet Operations Coordinator to join their fully remote team. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our diverse fleet across the country. You will be responsible for managing daily dispatching, scheduling, and tracking of vehicles and drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to all safety regulations. Key duties include coordinating with drivers to optimize routes, monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules, and resolving operational issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate fleet records, generating reports on fleet performance, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
