Remote UX/UI Designer - Digital Product Innovation

Our client is seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join their fast-paced digital product team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers to define product vision and strategy.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to create compelling user flows and wireframes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
