Key responsibilities include providing technical support and training to educators and staff on new and existing technologies, developing comprehensive training materials and workshops, and troubleshooting technical issues promptly. Collaboration with IT departments, curriculum developers, and faculty is essential to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technologies. Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various educational software and hardware, including interactive displays, VR/AR, and multimedia tools.
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and pedagogical best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
