Our client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions and is actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join their expanding team. This role is crucial for optimizing our client's end-to-end supply chain performance, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. As a fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the US while collaborating with cross-functional teams located globally. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of supply chain principles, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency with data analysis tools.

- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics, inventory, and transportation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, planning) and external partners to implement supply chain enhancements.
- Model and forecast demand, inventory levels, and transportation needs.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to warehousing, transportation, and inventory management strategies.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed supply chain initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and processes.
- Monitor global supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management on supply chain performance and recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or logistics.
- Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management, demand planning, and transportation optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US and comfortable working remotely.
