Senior Process Engineer - Remote Automation

• Creating and maintaining detailed process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Conducting process simulations and validation studies to verify performance.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Managing projects from conception through implementation, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering and automation within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, SCADA systems, and other automation technologies.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and CAD tools.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and experience mentoring engineers.
