Remote UI/UX Designer - Digital Product Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and technical constraints.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation within a remote team setting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• A keen eye for visual design and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.
