Remote Legal Counsel

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the US. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including corporate law, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and litigation management. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice law in at least one US state, and possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate in-house setting or a reputable law firm. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, advising on employment law issues, managing intellectual property portfolios, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions. You will also conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and represent the company in legal proceedings as needed. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a strong understanding of business operations.
