Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, Automation Engineer, or similar role with a strong focus on remote support.

  • Excellent remote diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) for on-site support or training as required.
This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated technician to excel in a remote-first environment, contributing essential expertise to clients and the company's innovative automation solutions.
