The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative supply chain strategies, managing supplier relationships, overseeing logistics and inventory management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will leverage your expertise to forecast demand, plan production, and ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs and risks. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics, procurement processes, and risk management. The ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement effective solutions is paramount. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and vendors globally.
  • Oversee inventory planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Implement demand forecasting and production planning systems.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyze supply chain performance data and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Finance) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a global supply chain team.
