Our client, a multinational retail conglomerate, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join their fully remote operations team. This position is instrumental in optimizing the company's global supply chain, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability across all logistical processes. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex supply chain data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions to enhance inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and demand forecasting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to implement strategic initiatives that reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key duties include developing and maintaining supply chain performance metrics, creating detailed reports and presentations, and utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques to model various supply chain scenarios. The ideal candidate possesses a strong quantitative background, a deep understanding of supply chain principles and best practices, and extensive experience with supply chain software and ERP systems. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate complex analytical findings clearly to diverse stakeholders is essential.
