This position is crucial for optimizing our vast network of warehouses and transportation routes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods across the nation. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and service levels.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for supply chain metrics.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to extract insights from large datasets.
- Design and implement optimization strategies for inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Conduct network modeling and simulation studies to evaluate potential changes and investments.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, procurement, and customer service teams to align strategies and resolve issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on supply chain performance, trends, and recommendations for senior management.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance supply chain capabilities.
- Manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain and logistics management.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and network design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience in the Las Vegas, Nevada, US logistics hub is a plus, though the role is fully remote.
