As a Senior Supply Chain Strategist, you will be instrumental in analyzing complex supply chain data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending data-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and execution of supply chain initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic plans for inventory management, network design, and transportation logistics, as well as forecasting future demand and resource requirements. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is required. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential. Proficiency in supply chain planning software and advanced Excel skills are mandatory. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
