Our client, a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand, is looking for a highly creative and data-driven Remote Social Media Marketing Strategist to lead their online presence and drive customer acquisition. This is a fully remote, remote-first opportunity, allowing you to shape our brand's narrative and engage with our audience from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales. Your deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, community management, and paid social advertising will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media marketing strategy aligned with e-commerce business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content (visuals, copy, video) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and user-generated content, actively engaging with our community.
  • Design and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and A/B testing, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage influencer marketing initiatives, identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers.
  • Develop strategies to foster brand loyalty and advocacy within our social media communities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Demonstrable success in creating and executing social media strategies that drive measurable results (engagement, traffic, conversions).
  • Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling for social media.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid social advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
