Our client, a renowned record label and production house in Nashville, Tennessee , is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audio Engineer to join their esteemed team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to the creation of high-quality music productions. The Senior Audio Engineer will be responsible for recording, mixing, and mastering music across various genres, ensuring pristine audio quality and creative sonic integrity. You will work closely with artists, producers, and A&R representatives to achieve their artistic vision. This position requires extensive knowledge of digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live, as well as a deep understanding of analog and digital audio equipment, signal flow, and acoustics. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ear for detail, exceptional technical proficiency, and a strong sense of musicality. You should be adept at troubleshooting technical issues, managing complex recording sessions, and maintaining studio equipment. As a Senior Engineer, you will also be expected to guide junior engineers, share best practices, and contribute to the overall technical excellence of the studio. Experience with live sound reinforcement and soundtrack production for film and television is a plus.
