Remote Supply Chain Analyst - Procurement Specialist

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for various categories of goods and services.
• Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed bid packages, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
• Review and analyze vendor proposals and select the most suitable partners based on predefined criteria.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and manage procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in supply chain management and procurement.
• Utilize procurement software and systems to manage the procure-to-pay process efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless procurement execution.
• Report on key procurement metrics and performance indicators to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis, preferably within a remote setting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
