- Select and qualify new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
- Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards.
- Stay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering.
- Proven experience with automation, robotics, and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
