Remote Senior HVAC Installation Technician

Our client, a leading provider of climate control solutions, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Senior HVAC Installation Technician. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your service calls and projects from your home base while servicing clients across a designated region. You will be responsible for the professional installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of various HVAC equipment, diagnostic tools, and installation best practices. Responsibilities include performing complex installations of new HVAC units, ductwork, and associated components; troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions; conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance; and educating customers on system operation and maintenance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate service records, managing inventory of parts and supplies, and adhering to all safety regulations and codes. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential. Exceptional customer service skills are paramount, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients. The ability to manage your schedule effectively and maintain high standards of workmanship is crucial for success in this remote capacity. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Certification from EPA is mandatory, and NATE certification is highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in HVAC installation and service is required.
