- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Document all service activities and reports.
- Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role in industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control logic.
- Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Experience with HMIs and robotic systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field preferred.
