- Implement and refine supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
- Manage procurement budgets and track spending against targets.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team and workload.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, APICS) are a plus.
