Lead Remote Architectural Designer

Our client, a renowned architectural firm, is looking for a talented and visionary Lead Remote Architectural Designer to join their innovative team. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US while contributing to high-profile projects. You will be responsible for leading design teams, conceptualizing innovative architectural solutions, and developing detailed design documentation. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methodologies. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to translate design ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Key responsibilities include producing high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations. You will also mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are crucial for success in this role. Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED accreditation is a significant plus.
