You will be responsible for guiding design teams, developing innovative architectural solutions, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in various architectural styles and a deep understanding of green building principles. Responsibilities include leading design development, preparing detailed architectural drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.), conducting client presentations, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will play a critical role in mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative, creative atmosphere within a virtual team setting. A strong command of architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) is essential. Proven experience in managing project timelines and budgets is also required.
