You will be responsible for leading the design process from concept development through to construction documentation, with a strong emphasis on sustainable building practices and materials. Your role will involve conceptualizing and developing innovative architectural designs, creating detailed drawings and models using advanced software, and coordinating with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is realized. A key aspect of this role is integrating sustainable design principles, including energy efficiency, material selection, and environmental impact reduction, into every project. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, be a licensed Architect (RA), and have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on sustainable design or LEED accreditation. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
