Remote Senior HVAC Installation Technician

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Installation Technician to join their expanding, fully remote service team. This role is crucial for ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our diverse clientele. While the role involves on-site customer interactions, all administrative, scheduling, and technical support functions will be managed remotely, providing flexibility and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for leading and executing installation projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes interpreting blueprints and schematics, installing HVAC units, ductwork, and associated components, and performing system startup and testing. Troubleshooting and diagnosing installation-related issues, and providing effective solutions, are key aspects of this position. You will also be responsible for educating customers on system operation and maintenance, ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of various HVAC systems, installation best practices, and safety regulations. Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential. You must be proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment. This remote-first position requires excellent communication skills, as you'll be the face of our company to the customer and will need to coordinate effectively with our remote support team. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
